Selection of materials like tile, paint, plumbing fixtures, vanities, cabinets, lighting, accessories, and flooring. This service doesn’t include procurement. A list of selected materials is passed on to the client to purchase and work with the contractor for install.

Start to finish design services for any space which can include floor plans, renderings, elevations, design boards, material selections, and space planning/furniture purchasing (if needed). This includes procurement and working directly with the contractor to ensure a smooth install.

Inside-out design services for the entire home which can include plans, renderings, elevations, design boards, and material selections (doesn't include any furniture). This includes procurement and working directly with the contractor to ensure a smooth install. Option to work on furniture selection and space planning for an additional fee.

OUR PROVEN FULL-SERVICE DESIGN PROCESS
STEP 1
Consult & Concept Development
We’ll schedule time in-person to discuss your requirements, vision/desired aesthetic, and brainstorm some initial ideas. From there, we’'ll work together to create mood boards for a feel of the overall vibe.
STEP 2
Design Development
Once the concepts are approved, measurements are taken and plans are created if they don’t already exist. Then, we’ll make the initial selection of fixtures, materials, and finishes through a detailed presentation that includes vendor sourcing. We’ll also order any samples you’d like.
STEP 3
Procurement & Install
Once the selections are approved, we’ll purchase all materials under our scope on your behalf and manage the deliveries, ensuring things arrive on time and without damage. We’ll work with the contractor to ensure proper installation, including handing off finish schedules, layouts, and elevation plans, as well as site visits, until the completion of the project.
